Ghost Island Hot Sauce

This scorching Caribbean-influenced hot sauce balances pineapple and mango with a trio of super hot peppers led by the infamous “ghost pepper,” or Bhut Jolokia.

Ingredients: pepper (habanero, Bhut Jolokia, and fatalii), apple cider vinegar, onion, mango, pineapple, water, mustard seed, evaporated cane juice, salt, garlic, dried bhut jolokia, fenugreek, thyme.
